For those of you that don’t know me, my name is Téka Marie,  I am the show director  for Curvy Chic Closet and founder of PDX Fashion Network. PDX Fashion Network is an event for industry professionals and industry wannabes to get together and network. The fashion show provides entertainment  for the evening, while providing support to local designers and models.
Deciding to make this a charity event benefiting Susan G Komen seemed most fitting since the event takes place in October, which is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Breast Cancer has touched the lives of many people we all know and love. 100% of the monies raised from the ticket sales and silent auction will be donated. I Inspire to raise at least $10,000 for the foundation.
I am a plus-size woman specializing in runway, print and commercial modeling.   My photos have been published in Black Fortress Magazine and twice on the cover of Hell on Heels Magazine. In my spare time, I enjoy all types of photography, spending time with my family and helping others in my community.   I mentor other models in the community to help them gain confidence and experience needed to begin their journey.  It makes my heart happy to inspire and help promote other people in the fashion industry.  I am a strong believer in claiming your fashion freedom. I think differently and act individually and I look forward to seeing you at the show!

Dennis Gleason


Dennis Gleason is the owner of Dark Wing Productions and founder of the Dark Wing Foundation specializing in teen programming & has helped produce over 600 television programs including Teen Idol.

Dennis was recognized as the ‘Ultimate Volunteer’ by KATU’s Everyday Heroes program where Steve Dunn referred to him as the Michael Jordan of volunteerism. He teaches teens at the Hillsboro Chamber – School to Work program and volunteers at public television stations and schools.

He’s serving as an executive on the board of directors for the Oregon Media Production Association and led a volunteer team at the “Classic Wines Auction” for the 12th year – raising just over $3 million this last year.  He makes volunteer service a priority & challenges everyone to contribute in making our world a better place.
